you list a 3.4 pulley in your sig without either currently

headers support a 3.4 better than a plog

a 3.4 on stock manifolds especially in cold air will chip the ring lands on #3 cylinder (front middle) , your on borrowed time on that small of a pulley without supporting mods

I assume he meant zzp not zap since zzp are the only ones making a powerlog

go with the speed daddy or ssac/ssax they are the same company on ebay. they are $200 slp knock off headers, youll want to get a new 3" flex pipe from zzp and new 2 1/4 band exhaust clamps for them though. on once thats done get rid of that zzp pcm and get a real tune.

I've had a set of the SSAC on my car for many many years now with no cracking or issues.

funny you bring up cracking at the welds , that is a known issue with zzp powerlogs , I had a mild steel that cracked , replaced it with a stainless that has held up well on one of my L67 cars

my used front plog for my turbo had cracks. supposedly the new plogs are welded better and wont crack. either way if the plog cracks you can send it back to zzp and they will fix it.

i havent head of any issues with the welds on the speed daddys

only until 1 year from purchase date , mine was 13 months so no dice , they did offer to do it at a reduced cost but when added to shipping both ways it was cheaper to have it done locally
