I have added a new car to the line. I bought an 83 Trans Am with no rot. And if you can believe it the t-tops do NOT leak. I purchased mainly because the body is incredible shape. The paint is faded but it will get a new paint job in the spring/early summer. My plans are to re-do some of the interior this winter and new valve seals and a rebuilt 700r4 come February. This should be a very fun project and cannot wait to get started. New black grills will be here on Friday. I'll take some before pics late this week sometime and post them. If anyone can guide me on what to remove for the smog stuff and egr I would appreciate it. I want to get rid of some engine clutter but still retain good reliability. I am planning headers w/o air tubes, no cat and a new cat-back too. I am not restoring this to break speed records, just a nice driver with some style. I feel like a little kid again since the GXP is finished. If anyone reccommends anything; please let me know.
